Welcome to the 4^th International Conference on Fisheries, Aquatic, and Environmental Sciences (the 4^th ICFAES 2022). It is an honor to welcome you to the 4^th ICFAES 2022 Hybrid International Conference. The conference will be held on October 26^th, 2022, in Banda Aceh, Aceh Province, Indonesia, and anywhere (by zoom cloud meeting). This conference is hosted by Faculty of Marine and Fisheries of Syiah Kuala University and Co-hosted by Indonesian Association of Oceanologists (ISOI) Banda Aceh Chapter, and Indonesian Association of Marine Scholars (ISKINDO). We invite submissions for the 4^th ICFAES 2022 under the theme of “Strengthening Research, Innovation, and Collaboration Towards Blue Transformation”. A “blue transformation” aims to make both the aquaculture and fisheries sectors more sustainable and productive.

The 4^th ICFAES 2022 is divided into three multidisciplinary topics: Fisheries, Aquatic, and Environmental Science. This conference will provide an excellent forum for sharing knowledge and research findings among academicians, professionals, and governments. Topics of interest cover all theoretical and practical aspects of Fisheries, Aquatic, and Environmental Sciences. The primary goal of ICFAES 2022 is to promote a multidisciplinary understanding of the latest research and innovations through discussion, exchange, and sharing among researchers, practitioners, academicians, and students.
